作者介绍
格雷格·斯坦梅茨（Greg Steinmetz）是纽约一家资产管理公司的退休合伙人。他此前曾在《华尔街日报》（The Wall Street Journal）工作，最初负责投资银行业务，之后担任柏林分社社长，再升任伦敦分社社长。他的首部著作《有史以来最富有的人：雅各布·富格尔的一生与时代》（ The Richest Man Who Ever Lived: The Life and Times of Jacob Fugger）被安德鲁·罗斯·索金（Andrew Ross Sorkin）誉为2015年最佳读物之一。《华尔街日报》（The Wall Street Journal）和吉姆·克雷默（Jim Cramer）将他的第二部作品《美国小丑：杰伊·古尔德如何打造华尔街最大财富》（American Rascal: How Jay Gould Built Wall Street's Biggest Fortune）评为2025年度最佳图书。
