夏洛特·格里姆肖（Charlotte Grimshaw）生于1966年，新西兰小说家。第一部小说《挑衅》（Provocaiton）是以自己当刑事律师的经历为背景，于1999年出版。第二部小说《罪恶》（Guilt）围绕了1987年住在乌克兰（Auckland）的四个人的生活故事，于2000年出版。2005年，夏洛特发行了自己第三部小说，《异城》（Foreign City），故事的主人公是一个住在伦敦的年轻英格兰画家。2007年，夏洛特发行了自己的短片小说集《机会》（Opportunities）。《唯一》（Singularity）作为《机会》的续篇，于2009年在新西兰和英国同时上市。
与此同时，夏洛特还为以下选集供稿：《21世纪的神话》（Myth of the 21st Century），《新西兰最佳小说集I,II,III,IV》（The Best New Zealand Fiction Volumes Two, Three, Four and Five），《新西兰海边小说集I,II》（The New Zealand Book of the Beach Volumes One and Two），《其他国家》（Some Other Country）和《第二小提琴》（Second Violins）。
